SHIPPING POLICY

At TechHaven, we are committed to delivering your order quickly, accurately, and securely. Please review the details below to understand how we process and ship orders within Vietnam.

1. Order Processing

We aim to process all orders within one business day.

Note: Orders with alternate shipping addresses or those requiring additional verification may take longer to process.

Once your order has been successfully processed, a confirmation email will be sent to you.

2. Order Updates

For pre-configured systems, peripherals, and accessories:
 

  • You will receive a confirmation email followed by a shipping notification with tracking information.

​​

For custom systems:

  • You will receive incremental email updates as your order progresses through each stage of production.

​

3. Lead Times

While we strive to provide accurate lead time estimates, actual fulfillment time may vary due to:

  • Order volume
     

  • Seasonality
     

  • Supply chain conditions
     

Please note:
Selecting a faster shipping method does not affect your system’s assembly or lead time — it only affects how fast it ships after the order is ready.

We are unable to offer expedited shipping or discounts in the event of an unforeseen delay.

4. Local Pickup (HCMC)

You are welcome to pick up your order at our facility:

Address: 15 D5 Street, Ward 25, Binh Thanh District, Ho Chi Minh City
Pickup Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM

Please select Local Pickup during checkout. A valid photo ID is required upon collection.

5. Domestic Shipping (Vietnam)

TechHaven partners with Giao Hàng Tiết Kiệm (GHTK) for most orders.

  • Free shipping (if applicable) is provided via standard GHTK delivery (7 days a week).
     

  • Express shipping options via GHTK are available and will be quoted at checkout.
     

Important: TechHaven only sells and ships to addresses within Vietnam.

 

6. Address Changes

Once an order is placed, TechHaven cannot change the shipping address except to a nearby GHTK Office (if the order has not shipped yet).

Please contact us promptly if you need to explore this option.

7. Missed Deliveries and Re-Routes

If you are unavailable to receive your package, GHTK will typically attempt delivery on the next business day.
 

After 2–3 unsuccessful attempts, the package may:
 

  • Be returned to TechHaven, or
     

  • Be held at a nearby GHTK Office for up to 7 days.
     

If returned, the customer is responsible for re-shipping fees.

8. PO Boxes & Freight Forwarders

TechHaven does not ship to:

  • PO Boxes
     

  • Freight forwarding addresses
     

Orders using these addresses will be canceled and refunded automatically.

9. Mailroom Deliveries (Apartments, Offices, Schools)

If your package is delivered to a mailroom, concierge, or similar facility, please note:

Once a signature is collected, the delivery is considered complete. TechHaven is not responsible for any loss or issues that occur after delivery.

To ensure safety, you may choose delivery to a nearby GHTK Office for secure in-person pickup.
