At TechHaven, we are committed to transparency and delivering an exceptional customer experience. Please review our refund and cancellation policies carefully before placing your order.

1. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order under the following terms:

Eligibility:

Orders (excluding gift cards) may be canceled prior to shipment.
If a custom system has already been built, it will be treated as a return, not a cancellation (see Return Policy).
Cancellation Fees:
- A 5% processing fee applies to all cancellations once payment has been processed.
- This fee may be waived if the order is delayed unexpectedly.
Gift Cards:
- All gift card sales are final and non-refundable, whether physical or digital.
How to Cancel:
- Contact a TechHaven representative via phone or email.
- Written confirmation from our team is required before any cancellation is processed or refund issued.

2. Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Most products can be returned within 30 days of delivery, subject to the terms below:

Eligible Returns

A 10% restocking fee applies to all approved returns. This fee will be deducted from your refund total.
Returns must be:
- In the original factory configuration.
- Shipped with original packaging, accessories, and manuals to avoid additional charges.
- Authorized with an RMA number before shipping back.

Ineligible for Refund

Custom systems with personalized artwork, graphics, or paint.
Orders exceeding $5,000 USD.
Modified or tampered systems, as determined by TechHaven.
Gift cards — all gift card sales are final and non-refundable.
Products not purchased directly from TechHaven.com (e.g., resellers, marketplaces).

Shipping Responsibility

Customers are responsible for all return shipping fees, unless otherwise authorized by TechHaven.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
