Warranty Policy

At TechHaven, our top priority is customer satisfaction. We are committed to delivering outstanding service — both before and after your purchase. Our warranty policy is designed to ensure peace of mind and clarity regarding your system's support and coverage.

Warranty Coverage

  • All original components in your system are covered under TechHaven’s warranty for the duration of the applicable warranty period.
     

  • Systems purchased directly from TechHaven.com are eligible for:
     

    • Free repair labor during the warranty period.
       

    • Free phone support with our customer service team.
       

Shipping and Support Terms

  • For any hardware issues reported within the first 30 days of delivery:
     

    • TechHaven will cover Vietnam ground shipping costs to and from our service center.
       

  • After the initial 30-day period:
     

    • Customers are responsible for all shipping costs related to warranty services.
       

  • Where possible, TechHaven will use virtual on-site assistance or remote diagnostic software to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently.
     

  • In certain cases, TechHaven may provide an advance swap of a hardware component to improve service experience.
     

Exclusions and Limitations

TechHaven’s limited warranty does not cover the following:

  • Damage caused by internal/external equipment not purchased from or installed by TechHaven.
     

  • Shorted connections or third-party components.
     

  • Damage or data loss due to product use — whether normal or abnormal — including those purchased from TechHaven.
     

  • Products or components with serial numbers that do not match TechHaven's original records.
     

  • Shipping damages unrelated to the original shipment from TechHaven.
     

  • Damage resulting from:
     

    • Improper installation or unauthorized repair.
       

    • Modifications, misuse, or excessive electrical power.
       

    • Normal wear and tear.
       

Repair & Replacement Terms

  • Defective components will be replaced with identical items upon return of the defective merchandise.
     

  • Repairs made outside of warranty are covered for 30 days from the date the serviced PC is received by the customer.
     

  • TechHaven will cover return Vietnam ground shipping for repaired systems that are still under warranty.
     

Warranty Extensions

  • Coupons that extend the warranty period:
     

    • Can only be used to extend purchased or included warranty packages by up to +1 year.
       

    • Cannot be combined.
       

    • The maximum total warranty period is limited to 3 years.
       

  • System upgrade services are only available when upgrade parts are sourced through TechHaven.
